MCR Engineering provided all site design for the new Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca that is expected to open in mid-2020. At its opening it will become the largest hotel, indoor waterpark and one of the largest attractions in the Central Valley. Estimates expect that approximately 500,000 guests per year will pass through the park.

As this project straddles both and SSJID lateral and

one of the City of Manteca's main Sewer Trunk Lines to the nearby wastewater treatment plant, the project design was incredibly complicated. As the largest commercial project in the Manteca Area, the complexity and size of the project dwarf almost anything else MCR has done to date in commercial construction.
