Tony manages the engineering work within the company. He is noted for his ability to work with complex development issues and bring them together with the client’s vision and the natural characteristics of the site to find innovative solutions for a successful project. His people skills and ability to communicate has helped him build the consensus needed for resolution of differing views that often occur between developers and regulatory agencies.
Tony has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering design and management. He has successfully used his educational background and training in both engineering and architecture to find technically-based solutions that don’t compromise aesthetics. He currently serves as the City Engineer for Waterford, Hughson & Isleton. When he is not engineering, he can usually be found on the sidelines of his kids’ soccer and football games.
