Recognizing the need for buildable, and affordable solutions to land development opportunities, we like to take an active role in the Planning and Entitlement phase of our clients’ projects. Whether working as part of a design team with a full service planning firm, or designing project layouts to conform to adopted land uses and zoning requirements, we believe that the civil engineering aspect of a project is a vital constraint to be considered in the planning process. We pride ourselves on finding innovative solutions that provide for the traffic circulation, water, sewer and storm drain needs without compromising the quality of the project and the sense of community.
