Jim directs the planning and entitlement work within the company. He is well known for his solutions-oriented approach to problem solving and his dedication to the timely completion of project tasks. His ability to stay focused on the issues that are most critical to the timeline of the project has helped Jim to enjoy a relationship of trust and loyalty with his clients.
Jim has over 26 years of experience in all aspects of land development. He has successfully directed the work on many large-scale and complex projects throughout the central valley. His commitment and focus provide a constant example of some of the core values that MCR Engineering was built upon and resonate throughout the organization. He is a life-long resident of Manteca, and very involved in the community. He is the office authority on sports and stays very involved from both a professional level as well as coaching his kids’ teams.
